Norwood Kiwanis Tree Sales
The holidays are just around the corner and the Kiwanis Club of Norwood is kicking off their annual Christmas Tree Sale on Saturday, November 29. The trees are available from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays and from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sundays until they sell out at the Norwood Recycling Center on Bernard Avenue.
The trees will range from $30-$45 with all proceeds staying local by funding different programs for children in the area. The club’s goal is to raise at least $500. The tree sales wouldn''t be possible without over 30 youth helpers from Kiwanis student organizations and Potsdam Agway, 14 Pine St. who supplies the trees from area growers.

Overeaters Anonymous offers a program of recovery from compulsive eating using the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions of OA. Worldwide meetings and other tools provide a fellowship of experience, strength and hope where members respect one another’s anonymity. OA charges no dues or fees; it is self-supporting through member contributions.
OA is not just about weight loss, gain or maintenance; or obesity or diets. It addresses physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. It is not a religious organization and does not promote any particular diet. If you want to stop your compulsive overeating, welcome to Overeaters Anonymous.
Overeaters Anonymous meets every Tuesday and Thursday at 7 pm and Saturday at 10 am at Wall Street United Church.
